I hope everyone is doing great with their goals.
I had a weekend of indulgence, so if my weight tomorrow is the same as last week or lower, I’ll consider it a victory.

Closing in on my streak of a 5k minimum a day outside hitting 5 years (started with the COVID lockdown). All amazing things start with one step!

Day 516 of 100+ pushups per day; day 415 of 120+ pushups per day, sets breakdown: 3x42 normal/narrow; Total: 126 I don't laugh enough at this point in my life, ngl. But it is something that's been on my mind recently and what I'm actively working on - not just laughing by itself but more so having fun, enjoying life and not taking it too seriously - it's all a divine play. It's the "first key to yoga, and to life" as per my own assessment in the essay "The Basics of Yoga"(#480338)

Excellent 👍 I think you try an offbeat comedy show. Laughter imo is an essential for health.

Anyone who listens to the pod knows I laugh a lot (perhaps too much).
reply
I know you laugh more, at least more than @grayruby.
Do you believe laughter heels?
reply
I think being in a better mood is good for your health.
reply
Being in a better mood and laughter are two different things but both are good for health. As a kid I used to attend community training (called shakha here) where we all used to laugh loudly repeatedly.
There's also "laughter Yoga".

I missed yesterday, but I'm going to try to make it up today.
reply
Make it up today for yesterday. What about other missed days. You've quite a large backlog.

Meh.. it's not that big of a deal. Next week will be more chaos, and the following week I'll spend 4 days on the road and one in an airplane. My life should get back to normal after that.

Much thanks for the prayers. It's been a few rough days but we're functional again. So much to share, but that's for another post. 🧡

So glad you and family regained health. I'll wait for the post.
