I think it just means that instead of gaining a little % every year on your private savings, it will boost profit by unlocking new ways of investment already done by banks (interest) I’m not sure of this but the tweet shocked me too at first, comments are already pillaging it but it was just bad choice of words, who’s her social media manager? wtf
