My sister blew into town and I missed leg day. I'm going to try to make it up, it shouldn't be hard because I only do it 1 time a week right now. Today should be back and biceps

I'm ok with that 😁
In the first 5 years I lifted, I only missed work out days after a surgery. I went in sick or not, 6 days for almost 5 years in a row.
Now I'm trying to take a little more of a casual approach.

What part of NEVER SKIP LEG DAY do you not understand?!

It's fine. I'll be back to 6 days a week in a few weeks anyway.

Remember to take rest!
Get sleep. Give your body time to recover

Great 👍 The body and especially our mind heals itself while we sleep. People should really learn to respect sleep, especially this new generation who loves social media.

My breakfast is usually leftovers from the day before or the unfinished portion of the kid's breakfast.

Day 512 of 100+ pushups per day; day 411 of 120+ pushups per day, sets breakdown: 4x36 normal/narrow; Total: 144 Don't really do breakfasts in general. A black coffee with some MCT oil, collagen, butter or ghee, a cigarette, sunshine and grounding barefoot on the grass is my fave breakfast atm. If/when I do an actual breakfast, then the Aussie/Kiwi big brekkie is my go to (when in a cafe), or if cooking myself then 6 fried eggs, 2 slices of sourdough with avocado + same coffee as above.
