I'm happy to say that today was my weigh-in and I managed to lose 1 kilo, guys.

Next week I'm going to reduce the portions of my meals. Since I weigh them all, it's easy to control.

I weigh each food in the lunch boxes that I prepare for the week. I will reduce 20 grams in each one, that is, minus 20 grams of rice, beans and protein. I don't weigh vegetables.
