Yes. FWIW they already have locations in Tennessee and Texas but they are planning to expand for sure. Since they are not a public company nor do they do franchising their growth is not nearly as fast as many other restaurants.

I remember they said they dont have any sites in tbe midwest because of their distribution.
This might allow them to be more in the middle of the usa and ship fresh products everywhere.
Long term plan and setup, l am betting.
