They are moving their corporate offices to the state of Tennessee. This doesn't surprise me. Its just a sign of the times. Makes sense on so many levels.

This is big. Very big

It is. Many Californians get it. Just not enough. It's gonna have to get much worse before it gets better.

My plan is to wait for it to hit rock bottom and grab prime land for my heirs. We will see. :) A long way to go.

I remember they said they dont have any sites in tbe midwest because of their distribution. This might allow them to be more in the middle of the usa and ship fresh products everywhere. Long term plan and setup, l am betting.

Yes. FWIW they already have locations in Tennessee and Texas but they are planning to expand for sure. Since they are not a public company nor do they do franchising their growth is not nearly as fast as many other restaurants.

slow growth by design

I remember visiting Nashville in 2020/21 and being blown away by the growth. While most cities were in decline Nashville has flourished. Its by no means perfect but it seems far less insane than most cities.
Edit:
I visit Nashville at least once a year now and I used to live nearby and loved to visit.

Yeah. They just won't get serious about public transportation. They will!
