This happened a couple days ago but still, its pretty interesting news. I really think that Texas is going to be the first state to start a SBR. I'm not exactly thrilled that the government is jumping in on this, but its definingly worth following.

So many bills in flight, I think out of the 50 states, we will only see tops of a half dozen this cycle that adopt.
