Go figure. Matthews sucking worked to their advantage. He loses control of the puck and it bounces right to Tkachuk. Let's not talk about the goalie getting tripped right before that and the fact Canada should have been on a power play. As long as the calls are even.

I was actually going to tag you and ask given how Brady is in obvious discomfort if he was going to drop the gloves to motivate his guys. Then he turns around and scores kinda killing my idea lol.
From what I have seen the refs do seem to really be letting the guys play and like you said as long as it is equal then I love it but I mean let the boys play after all! How have you felt about the refing?

I feel like the missed call on the goalie hurt because it led to a goal 30 seconds later but was pretty weak contact. The one on the defenseman where he was pulled to the ground was a pretty bad missed call.

Okay crap I missed the pulled down defensemen was that before or after the USA goal (I went to the bathroom after so I would have missed it for sure then)

It was before the goal but a few minutes before so it wouldn't have impacted that play but Canada would have had the PP. I will see if I can find the replay.

Shit not sure how I missed that..... Do you think we get our first fight this next period or do you think it will continue to be a relatively clean game?
Also did you notice Brady's interview how gassed he seemed to be.... the guy is def sick as hell and still playing... NBA could take a page out of this book!
