I do calisthenics + yoga daily. Plus some easy(ish) hikes, quick swims where/when I can. Good food, Sun, grounding. Short fasts (16-72h) from time to time.
The daily routine:
Approx. 2-3h of a mixed calisthenics & yoga routine, kinda freestyling. Sometimes a separate yoga session as well.
I do 120+ pushups a day (started with trying 100+ for 7 days, which wasn't that hard, so decided to keep going till I can - close to 500 days now )
Before that I was already doing yoga daily + calisthenics 2-3 times/week.
Regarding yoga I used to get a lot of inspiration from the Breathe & Flow channel on YT.
For calisthenics Chris Heria has some good content for example.

NICE my dude, that's a wonderful overview.
I've completely fallen off the #100pushups wagon... a half-decent day (like today) I manage 67. Ugh.
But did a full, intensive yoga session at our village studio today (5 sun A; 3 sun B; some standing flows)
