I started a low-calorie diet at the beginning of January and have been very successful in losing weight. I’m eating better, with more vegetables, greens, and proteins. I’ve already lost 11 kilos and haven’t started working out yet—I need to organize my family’s schedule for that.
11 kilos in 1 and a half month, very impressive!!
What's your goal? How much more you need to lose? We need daily reporting on it here or we'll consider you gained 1kg everyday you miss to report your weight.

My goal is to lose 30 kilos, so I need to lose 20 more. Now, I’ll do it daily to stay motivated and inspire others as well. This month, I’ll start working out.
