This and the linked post does not make sense at all.
why there isn't more promotion of SN by well-known bitcoiners, like there is for nostr.
Pretty obvious:
  • nostr is open source non-for-profit protocoll
  • @SN is a centralized platform
Why aren't more people here?
Because people need to P2P... Pay-to-Post. On nostr clients posting, spamming and shitposting is free
Nostr, despite being a generally worse experience than SN, has had much better PR.
Are you comparing nostr to SN? 🍊oranges with 🍇 grapes?
Want more spenders on SN? start creating contents about SN outside SN. Make a google search and compare results..

Your first and third points were explicitly addressed, your second point isn't what we're talking about, and your fourth point is probably correct.
