That had basically been my thinking, but it sounds like there's something a bit darker at work. Still, that doesn't mean there's no chance of this approach working on some people.

The ama segment of sn is a great entry point for big names. Approaching them to come do an ama then shill them on the platform encouraging them it’s a great place to engage and promote there work etc then hopefully they then use the referral system on there channels to get more of there audience over as well
