Do you go for organ meat as well to boost vitamin and mineral content?
I've thought about it. I've actually gone to far as to buy some liver! But so far I haven't cooked it, it's still sitting in the freezer, getting freezer burn. I never did like liver.
I think the carnivore opinion on that is mixed. I may get around to trying it out someday.

I find that eating all the organs is easy if you get the butcher to do a ground beef blend and do like 70% normal beef 30% organs and you don’t notice the change in taste
