self hosted 😎 I've seen it swing both ways, up and down so I tend to doubt it's a fee to keep channels open. Not ruling it out, just saying what comes to mind.
Do you have several channels open? Maybe your node is routing payments?
Four channels, two for receiving two for spending - all marked clearly as private
