He should just start another company and give the devs equity. It's like he blames twitter's fate on capitalism so is trying to build stuff through a kind of private communism.
He's failed twice already and now he knows what he's doing, he needs to fight against neo-liberalism, as we all do to survive.
I don't even think it's political necessarily (although it's relevant). I mostly blame twitter's business model + being a public company.
