I myself work an office job
I try to get up and move every hour
Walk for twenty minutes on my break there abouts try and walk and talk on calls where I can
I did see something about 10 body squats an hour is like walking half hour for blood sugar etc? Haven’t added it but if it was better then walking maybe I’ll add that in
What do you do or are thinking of doing?
Don't bring any junk food to snack on
Take the stairs
Reduce blue light exposure from your monitor
Don't eat a carb heavy breakfast
Stretch throughout the day
Maintain good posture

So much easier to eat better as you only have what you take which can be a battle working from home

I think 1hr of exercise each day is enough to fight this
And try to stand

Stand as long as you stand on both feet and don’t lean I guess stand with good posture
