He is a great player. My buddy has known him since they were kids. My buddy is a few years older than Brent but he is close friends with Brent's cousin so he knows the family very well. He went to Burnes' wedding. He was hoping he would win a cup at some point so he would bring it back to Barrie, where they are both from, and he could party with the Cup.

Before he was fired the Jets were a top 5 defense. Every year he was with the 49ers as D coordinator they had a top 10 defense so yeah compared to what we had this year it is a very good thing.

That's not even remotely far-fetched. I'd put a healthy 49ers squad at the top of the NFC, unless the Commies make some nice offseason moves or Detroit undoes the Stafford trade.

We will see if the Commies are as magical next year. They won a lot of games in ridiculous ways this year. That’s hard to replicate but I think they will add and be good.

TBH, W is a W, don't care how. On the flip side, as long as you get to the playoffs you good. In the playoffs all bets are off. Giants were seat #6 when they won SB. Commies now playing in the NFC championship game, Vikes won 14 games and are sitting at home now.... no one knows what will happen in the playoffs
