Also, make clear the difference between Non Custodial wallets and custodial...for sure, they have heard some scary histories about people not able to get their money from their banks... Regarding the tech savy part, try not to over complicated the talk, sending a btc transaction is like sending an email...If they ask about safety, how, etc, explain with more details...wait for then to ask questions....
