You are getting up there in caffeine. I used to drink 6 cups of tea. Eventually enough is enough.

Oh I did no coffee for three weeks and my life did not magically improve. I did no caffeine at all including soda!

Oh I mean first couple days is a headache of course. But I felt no “benefit” after a couple weeks
