I have made a list of things that I want to eat eventually once my body is strong enough.
I snack way too much. It's one of my main weaknesses.
The way I avoid snacking is by not purchasing snacks.
Right, or going to the grocery store on a full stomach.

We use trolley in Singapore because we were once colonised by the British and still learn British English in schools by default
As for Singapore KitKat, we only have Milo KitKat. Milo is the brand of a cocoa drink that is immensely popular here. Synonymous with being Singaporean, in fact. Erm is it good? It’s okay, not mind-blowingly delicious haha

Those Milo Kit Kats are exclusive to Singapore! Milo is synonymous with being Singaporean. We grow up drinking it. It’s serious business.

Anyway, I only drink one can every Friday nowadays. My dwindling social life has meant that I have cut down on my drinking.
Yes, I tell myself that I am buying Yakult for my children, but actually I drink even more bottles than them haha.
Fun fact: we get favoured Yakult in Singapore. Unlike Japan that offers only one flavour

If you drink the suntory yogurt alcohol drink, you wont want to drink yakult.
