True, but it's also spyware. And in the meantime there are dozens of platforms for speech on the same scale. It's not like this is restricting anyone from saying whatever they want to say to whoever they want to say it to. Doesn't seem like any political influencers are going to lose their audience, they'll just move somewhere else.
I don't see how any individual's rights are being violated here.
