I've held Bitcoin for a number of years, but have only just made it my monetary north star. Most of my friends know that I am interested in it, and will occasionally bring it up in conversation with me. The conversation typically goes towards how bad inflation is, and how unaffordable housing and raising a family is. Or they have recently opened a trading account, and try and give me investing advice that I didn't ask for.
The last point being the reason why I don't even attempt orange pilling anyone. If they ask me about it, I will happily talk about it. If it's advice that they want, then I'm here to help.
I now feel that I have two responsibilities as a Bitcoiner. Firstly, help noobs that have taken their first steps, and they need help with any part of that process. My second responsibility is to ensure my family know that I have some in cold storage, and they know how to access when I am no longer around.
