It was a Playable Trailer for what was supposed to be a new Silent Hill game, developed by gaming legend Hideo Kojima.
There are remakes of it in Unreal Engine, but unless you downloaded it onto your PS4 before it was removed from the store, you can't play the original experience anymore.

Yea, came out last year.
This project was supposed to be a new installment called Silent Hills and ft. Norman Reedus. It got cancelled for some reason and Kojima pivoted and made Death Stranding, also with Reedus as the main character.
