Sadly, I find that it's almost impossible to change anyone's mind about anything, unless their goal is learning.
True, for people whose minds are already made up. But most of these sayings are targeted at people who've barely thought about the issues at all. I think these sayings could even inoculate some of them against common economic fallacies.

I especially like the first one. I think that can sink in with people.
On minimum wage, I like pointing out that the employer is the most wrong person to punish. Out of literally everyone in the world, that employer made that employee the most attractive offer. Unfortunately, that just leads people to want something like UBI.

I like to steer the conversation towards, "Why do you think they're willing to work for so little?" At the very least, it can lead to a good conversation about the various roles of culture, education, and market forces.

I'm seeing a lot more self serve kiosks at fast food restaurants, but the user interface is pretty poor and it usually takes longer to order than with a human clerk.

Yeah, going to a fast food place like McDonalds (which is actually fine for someone eating carnivore, you just get the 100% beef burgers) is tough now.
You can't get plain burgers through the kiosk, so you're left with standing around in front of the rarely used cash register, trying to call out to the folks prepping the food, in the back.
It probably sucks for older people too, who can't navigate the kiosks very well.
