I do think that if you present a plan to him with this is where XYZ money is going to go you could get him for cheaper but if not then I'm not sure why he would take less $

Minus home games they are still paying taxes to each state they play in. Diminishes the advantage somewhat.

Brock seems like the kind of gullible nice guy whose local church minister could persuade to not get greedy.
