It looks like that's not yet practical. People will need time to accumulate a stash worth selling. I don't want to collect cc's piecemeal. I just want them to pay territory rent if the market value is low enough.

You pay me. Then I do whatever the fuck I want with that money since it’s mine now. At some point I pay someone else and I decide who that someone is and how much I give them. This is not money transmission.

You give me your money and tell me to give it to that person over there. I walk over there and hand them your money that was never mine. This is money transmission.
