If you did something that allows you to get rewards, yes

So if I send sats to my defunct SN LN Address are converted to CCs. But if I send CCs to reward pool I will get rewards in sats... This is fucking nice laundering !

You pay me. Then I do whatever the fuck I want with that money since it’s mine now. At some point I pay someone else and I decide who that someone is and how much I give them. This is not money transmission.
