Jimmy's contract has 1 year left and is coming up for an extension. He wants a contract extension and get paid the top bucks, but Pat Riley probably thinks Jimmy is past his prime and isn't worth the top bucks. The fact that his contract haven't already been extended means Riley is ready to trade him. Jimmy probably also knows that, so he's I think he's just doing the "you didn't fire me, I quit" kind of thing.
I also think he doesn't want to expend whatever he has left on a franchise that isn't planning on keeping him around.
I'd like to see the Warriors make a win-now Last Dance move for Jimmy. He could be a hyper-charged Iggy for them.
Not sure where will Heat trade him to, but going to the Warriors would definitely make things interesting. He got suspended 7 games by the Heat for publicly voicing his trade request though.
Got to see some of the 4th in the Knicks vs Thunder. Good game. Looks like Thunder will hold on for the win.
I was watching the Spurs vs Nuggets game. Came down to the final play. Very close ending.
I'd like to see it, but maybe they have their sights set on someone else.
