I guess the tax cut comes from sats zapped only. SN is not interested on getting CCs back. So on 52sats I assume a good 15 went to the reward pool
All zaps, CCs or not, take 30%.

Yes, CCs that go to the reward pool turn into reward sats.
So as long as people donate CC or sats to the rewards pool, they can advance up the leaderboard?
