Is missing the part of "how many sats went to SN tax cut"

I guess the tax cut comes from sats zapped only. SN is not interested on getting CCs back. So on 52sats I assume a good 15 went to the reward pool

Yes, CCs that go to the reward pool turn into reward sats.
