I just had to attempt to open a channel using the wallet address that the missing bitcoin was in. In an instant, the channel was being generated and my balance was displaying correctly.
So was it specifically this part that was kind of like a hack to get your balance to update?
Either way, this scenario does sound scary and I’m sure will help someone. Thanks for sharing. 🤙

Yes, that was the fix that the Alby support team came up with.
