It wasn't portrayed as an attack at first -- a lot of the coverage was "Cybertruck on fire in front of Trump hotel" as more of a humor/irony thing, and given the number of Cybertrucks that really have caught on fire, it's understandable.

A core issue with conspiracies is telling the difference between evidence and distractions. It's often only possible looking back afterwards (so it's too soon to tell).
I guess we will have to see what information they release.
