no, I mean as a seller, you would dox yourself in certain ways; the only secure way is what @Undisciplined said, if you are selling any physical products.

The seller dox itself when the sender address is placed in the parcel as return addres. In reality, you can use an address that is not related. A PO box is not always accepted. We have been looking into this and there are services that handle such things for you maintaining sender privacy safe.
However, it's a a complicated topic because there are many factors that influence pricing and delivery times. Without considering the privacy aspect, returns, refunds...

Also, when the seller pays for shipping --> the cargo company might know what you are doing, where the cargo is being sent out --> the customer knows which city you live in, etc.

Not if paid in bitcoin or the worse case fiat cash. Obviously it depends on also if KYC is required, I know some countries now ask for ID at the post office (unbelievable!)
