I confess that I didn't know that Denmark was in charge of that island...
And I must also say that this second term of Trump is coming with much more force!!
If we think about it, there must be something in Greenland that Trump is trying to acquire! It must be because of its geographical location 🤔...
Indeed, I do believe it's a golden military standpoint. If anything I doubt they'll sell because they'd want like 2-3 trillion but this is probably another negotiation tactic to put a larger U.S presence in the east, if anything we'd be able to keep an eye on our European cohorts much easier.

Exactly... and even though the United States already has a military presence there... I would say that it is not the same thing if Greenland belongs to someone else... than if it is American property... It would give them more freedom when it comes to doing any maneuver or activity that they want to do in a lower profile and without many people knowing...
I would also say that the price would be the least of it...

Yeah, I didn't even think of the "lower profile" aspect of it. This could very well be just a Trumpy remark and he knows operating under Denmark law/sovereignty may be the best deal idk. Taking stabs at the dark here. Now my question would be how serious he is about taking the canal back, we've been gouged down there.

Well, if that is also a topic about which there are several unknowns...
I think we can only wait...
And keep piling up.💪

The 2025 slogan for everyone here, "Keep Calm and Stack". Inspires me enough to post it in crypto.

US already has a military base with space focus situated in Greenland.
Not sure what if any lease is paid to Greenland/Denmark.
