Exactly... and even though the United States already has a military presence there... I would say that it is not the same thing if Greenland belongs to someone else... than if it is American property... It would give them more freedom when it comes to doing any maneuver or activity that they want to do in a lower profile and without many people knowing... I would also say that the price would be the least of it...
