Does anyone know of a relatively easy way to integrate Lightning/BTC/ecash payments alongside traditional POS that is currently available, and reasonably accessible to small vendors?
I'm thinking the kind of small cafe, or market stall that might have a square terminal, or similar and wants to add the option to take lightning payments without a lot of friction.
I've had a bit of a look around, but nothing seems to be jumping out at me that solves this problem.

https://coinos.io/ integrates all three, BTC, LN, and Cashu (E-cash), as well as Liquid, and it runs on an internet browser, so it should be easy enough to start with for most people.

Breez, Zeus and Wallet of Satoshi all have a PoS which should work on a tablet along with Square.
BTCpay is probably the mist used for this kind of thing. I'd keep it to LN only too.

I had a look at Breez and the fees seemed fairly high.

How about a simple android app? I made it so it will connect to different backends. It does not collect any data, but also it does not save any previous sale.
All you need is an open android device (or devices) with chrome installed. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cl.icripto.icriptopos
