Millisats has literally nothing to do with scaling, slicing up units into smaller units does not help scale anything and to think otherwise would show you have no clue about what you're talking about
They're literally just open source devs donating their time freely while still having full time jobs, they are not scamming anyone. Nodes of course will decide what gets activated.
