Imagine if you went on CNBC and told investors "Google has developed a new piece of technology that allows them to steal any EV....so doesn't make sense to buy EVs these days because its only a matter of time before its stolen...."
Now suppose that information was completely false that there was no truth to it.
Would you be fined for market manipulation?
I like this analogy, it is true that quantum can be a problem for Bitcoin, but quantum will be a problem for the security of many, many other tech that is already there on the final stages of the S curve and will be "cracked" by quantum much before Bitcoin finds any problems with it
