Cocktail of the day: Bee's Knee's 1929

A true classic and one of my all time favorites.
Ingredients: 2 oz Nordés Sage Gin 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice 3/4 oz honey syrup 3-4 drops saline solution
Instructions: Shake with one large and two smaller ice cubes and strain into a Nick & Nora class fine mash strainer. No garnish required, but usually served with a piece of dark chocolate (at least 80% cacao) to combine the flavors of sage, honey and chocolate.
Other Cocktails: #803714 Cable Car #802459 Lady Jane #800699 The Rum Rhapsody #799722 The Bourbon Scotch Renewal

Why is the year 1929 in the name of this drink?

Sometimes the same name has different meanings. The best classic example is the cosmopolitana: The 1934 is the original with gin and raspberry syrup, while the Dale Degroff version is made with vodka and orange curacao. The 1929 refers to the original specifications of the French version, which was created before the American prohibition rift.
