The 200kgs (440lbs) eludes me still. 197.5kgs (435lbs) is so far the closest I've come to hitting it.
Is that 315 bench?? 143kgs, that's huge!! I've 1RM 107.5kgs (236lbs) but I can't seem to make 220 my working set yet, still we get after it and patience and discipline and the weight will come up.

Yea i just hit a 300lb bench. I've been lifting consistently for just about 5 years now. I think the most i ever deadlifted was like 385. My knees are completely trash so I have a hard time going heavy on deadlift and squat.

That's amazing man, you're killing it! 👊 I've refocused my efforts towards body building so my strength training has taken a hit, I should be a lot further down the line in the bench than I am. But it doesn't matter how long it takes, patience and discipline and the numbers will come.
I hear ya about knees, I was so scared to squat for years after a rugby injury but I'm glad I started as squats and deadlifts are my most powerful lifts.

I'm also 6'3 230lbs. I'm a bit fat, I should be under 200. But still, I'm a big guy. I started cutting weight as soon as I hit 300. My clothes are all getting too tight. 🤣

6'4 220... Its always been hard for me to put on size.

I'm the complete opposite. I have a massive appetite, I have a hard time keeping it off. Even when I'm eating clean healthy food, I just pack it on.

I'm doing like 4500 calories a day and still can't put size on 🤣🤣 it is entirely frustrating. But it's frustrating both ways I do get that, aiming for something and having difficulty doing it is always hard. But you're after it and that's better than 90% of the rest of the world 💪

Sorry I say I can't put size on, I mean, I'm doing so very slowly. Progress is slow. But progress is progress.
