Is that already called orange-pulling? Gifting someone bitcoin?
Nonetheless, interesting approach. Will steal maybe
never heard the term orange-pulling, but I like it!

Haha, it was a typo. But I'm fine if that becomes the next hodl, lol

lmao dude I really think you have something here...like not a full on orange pilling (since this takes a long time) but orange-pulling...like the act of getting a business owner to accept bitcoin!
I did more than gift him bitcoin. He downloaded a lightning wallet (muun) so that he can accept more bitcoin from other customers in the future if they want to pay in bitcoin...I ORANGE-PULLED HIM :)

Yes, exactly, that was what I was thinking

Haha, I see. Like pulling someone into the bitcoin space. Let's see if it catches on, I doubt it however, haha

Muun is not a lightning wallet.
Did you show him how to do the recovery?
You know he will pay unnecessary high fees with muun?
Kudos for the pilling, but you might use a real LN app next time

Muun can create and accept Lightning invoices and it is non-custodial and no-kyc which is also wonderful. What is making you say it's not a lightning wallet?
reply
Not verified myself, but my experience with Muun tells me similar things

Yep, tipping in Sats is quite effective. Paying not so much (yet).
The key is to get them thinking. Also a nice ice-breaker away from the politics and such (yep, wait until you meet a maxi, lol).
Spread the word :)
