They aren't eliminated but they are 2 games behind in the division right now and don't have the tiebreaker currently (although they could have the tiebreaker pending how the rest of the season plays out). So they would need to win their last 4 games and have the other teams slip up and all end up with the same or worse divisional record.
It's feasible but unlikely. I may do a post later this week about how all NFC West teams could finish 9-8 overall and 3-3 in the division and we would be in tiebreaker chaos.
I think that you mentioned in a previous episode of the podcast that towards the end of the regular season, 49ers could recover some key players and have some options. So after beating the Bears, I thought that your predictions were getting closer..
