Thanks!

As a side note, it'd be nice to improve the overview one has of one's portfolio.
When entering the sell tab, it would be nice to see at a glance how many shares I have in that prediction market, which resolution option I chose, at what (average) price I bought them, how much profit/loss I would have in case I decide to sell, etc.

Even better if there could be a central sell tab so that I can manage different prediction market shares at once.

@Undisciplined, I see you are an active user of Predyx. Do you keep track of your activity outside of Predyx, or am I missing some useful feature inside the platform?

reply

I don't really keep track of my activity either inside or outside of Predyx. I usually buy or sell enough shares to move the odds to what I see as a reasonable level.

I do like your ideas though. I would love to be able to manage and observe my portfolio more easily.

Is that the common way to think about a prediction market? Makes sense. Well, I just took care of what I think are realistic odds: 75% yes. The procedure for impeachment has started, they have 190 assured votes, and I think they need another 108 from the ruling party. He is unpopular even within his own ranks, so I think it is a realistic outcome. The only thing that might not play in my favor here is that the procedure can be stretched out up to 6 months. My feeling though is that the ones that want to impeach him, want to do it as fast as possible.

Correction, they need 8 votes from the ruling party, not 108.

I don't know if mine is the normal approach. I might not even stick with it.

Sometimes, I just buy 1000 shares because the odds look good, but I don't have a specific correct probability in mind.

We do have per market share tab, the UI sucks, but you can see your shares.

we're working on creating a dashboard for Portfolios, where you can see all yes no.

Thanks, I did not notice this button.
