Sure it does. Even if we want to call it hate speech, it needs to be heard. It is never a good idea to silence anyone in my opinion. Words are just words. It's not hurting anyone. 

I've always been as a lurker that's why it's hard for me to digest trolls. I'm not here to suffer. Yes it impacts my mental health you can call me weak. Free speech never means hate speech or demeaning someone to the point where it becomes a torture.
