I didn't say it's a scam because of the title. I said the title is clickbait.

There is a big difference between 0.1 bitcoin and 7 satoshis.

Minimum withdrawal limit is 0.1 so basically you can earn 0.1 by clicking just button.

You earn 7 satoshis per click and you can only withdraw once you reach 10 million satoshis? That makes no sense.

You should have written "Earning 0.1 bitcoin by clicking button for almost 1.5 million times" then. Again, big difference between "clicking just button" and what is actually the case.
