Define Television :)
This is an interesting question and viewing it from a technology/Bitcoin lense it is even more of a rabbit hole...with really intense juxtapositions...for me anyway.
When I think about the comment "everything is going to zero against Bitcoin"
I can't help but think that the actual TV manufacturers and content producers saying the exact same thing to the Newspaper and Radio professionals....shit for that matter the Newspaper professionals were probably saying the same thing to book binders....
World history sure does rhyme a lot....
I barely watch any TV programming now... yet I still hold onto a couple streaming accounts.... I imagine it is just a matter of time before Rumble/Zap.stream and others really take off as the new "Netflix" of the world... It certainly looks to me like it is happening...
I mean netflix - demonitized the blockbusters of the world... (I can still remember asking this guy at the checkout of blockbuster what it felt like knowing his job was being eliminated....and he was pissed at me for even asking - like he really didn't see a future for himself doing something different with his time other than checking people out and giving them late charges???)
sorry not sorry if you worked at blockbuster at some point in your life....I am sure it was a good gig....
zap.stream will demonitize the netflix's of the world....
Just as Bitcoin is demonitizing the entire world....
It would be a trip if Netflix decentralized themselves but I don't think that is likely....big corp's seem to be to stuck in their own product to see the future...Just think how much better all our favorite streamers would be if they had access to processing power behind netflix....I mean RHR through netflix's infrastructure would be the shit...instead it will continue to be the shit on Zap.stream (though they need a marketing team)
Anyway - that's a longish way to say....
Not much - I really don't watch much TV - that time has been replaced by what I believe to be more constructive, educational, and productive uses....like writing SN posts :)
