as a child of the late 80s / 90s, i will be spiritually crushed if iron mike gets a bashing.
generally, i dislike both the Paul twins on a vibe level, but they know how to generate hype . it's a win win for Jake - if he wins, he wins and if he loses, he's lost to mike tyson, which is still nothing to be ashamed of

I am that age also. And I feel you are right about Jake. He doesn't want a win as bad as Mike does. I think the collective wants mike to win which is also why I think he can do it.

i loved wwf as a kid and again in the 2000s and this whole fight has a very similar feel to that with the same feeling of , almost dread, that the favourite will lose.
