That's only if Paul wants a short term profit. His whole fighting enterprise is pretty young and can make a lot more money overtime.
If it's staged, I think you'd want, incentives wise, Tyson to knock out Paul. Then have Paul do a comeback fight and knockout Tyson, then Tyson do a comeback fight and have Paul knock him out again.
