awesome, this is what i shall do!
recently i decided to do mostly chest-to-bar pull-ups (aka arched pull-up),
and today i realized that muscle-ups on rings are now pretty easy - i can go really fast or really slowly. i have never tried the Gironda pull-up and don't think i have even seen it practiced.
