If I oppen a private channel with the blixt node... Then nobody knows that I have a private channel and my privacy is good for every scenario? I read your guides but I did not find this scenario.

Blixt is a private LND node that supports STC. So yes, you have more privacy using it.
but I did not find this scenario.
I can't say everything in those guides because I do not want to make "others / bad guys" job too easy. Some parts you have to discover yourself.
